The company has a great working environment which is backed up with a great staff retention rate. The role will be covering planned and reactive maintenance building services across a portfolio of properties across London and surrounding areas, covering commercial, high end residential and retail properties.The successful engineer will hold a good all-round experience of building services holding Electrical / Mechanical / A/C / Plumbing qualifications with the ability to work independently.Duties
  • PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
  • Electrical Fault-Finding
  • Single & Three Phase Power
  • Emergency Lighting
  • Fire Alarms
  • Tap Temperatures
  • Flushing
  • Water treatment
  • Filters
  • Belts
  • AHUs, FCUs
  • Air Conditioning
  • Pumps
  • Sprinklers
  • General Building Services tasks
Requirements
  • City and Guilds / NVQ Qualification in Electrical / Mechanical / Air Conditioning / Plumbing
  • Building Services Maintenance experience
  • Very Client facing
  • Polite and personable
  • Self-Motivated
Salary and Benefits
  • Monday to Friday 8-5
  • £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
